About SourceDirect SA

Product availability and prices
All prices are stated in South African rand (ZAR). Product availability is subject to stock confirmation. Items marked as expressions of interest are not available for immediate purchase and do not represent confirmed orders. We will contact customers if an order cannot be fulfilled and provide a refund where payment has already been taken.
Orders and payments
Orders placed through the online checkout are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Secure online payments are processed by Payfast. Courier charges, where applicable, are added to the order total before payment. Please check the complete order, delivery details and total amount before placing it.
Delivery policy
We deliver within South Africa using available courier services offered through Bob Go. Available delivery options and their charges are calculated using the delivery address entered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by area, stock availability and courier conditions. When your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Contact us promptly if a delivery appears lost, significantly delayed or damaged in transit. We will investigate with the courier and honour any applicable consumer rights.
Unless an alternative delivery period has been agreed with you, orders will be fulfilled within the period required by applicable South African law. If ordered goods are unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payment within the legally required period.
Cancellations and cooling-off period
To request cancellation before dispatch, email info@sourcedirectsa.co.za with your order number as soon as possible. For qualifying online purchases, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act provides a seven-day cooling-off period after receipt of goods. You may cancel during that period without giving a reason or paying a penalty; the direct cost of returning the goods may be payable by you. Statutory exceptions may apply. A refund in a qualifying cooling-off cancellation will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, as required by law.
Returns, refunds and defective goods
To start a return, contact info@sourcedirectsa.co.za and provide your order number, the reason for return and photographs where relevant. We will provide return instructions. Please package goods safely for return. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws remain unaffected by this policy.
Where goods are unsafe, defective or fail to meet the legally required quality standards within six months of delivery, qualifying consumers may return them at the supplier risk and expense and elect repair, replacement or refund in accordance with section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. We will also address items delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit in line with applicable law. We will not impose return shipping charges on you where the law requires the supplier to bear those costs.
Approved refunds are processed using the available payment or refund mechanism, subject to payment-provider processing times and statutory deadlines. This policy does not exclude or limit rights granted by South African consumer legislation.
Privacy and communication
We use information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and administer returns. Payment details are processed by the payment provider. If you register interest in a future product, we use the contact details supplied for that enquiry.
